Ingredients
- 40 ladyfingers
- 5 tablespoons of sugar
- Cocoa powder
- 5 eggs
- 500g mascarpone
- 2 tablespoons Amaretto (Italian liqueur)
- 2 cups of coffee
Preparation
- 1Beat the egg yolks and sugar until the mixture turns white, then mix with mascarpone.
- 2Beat the egg whites separately and slowly add them to the mixture.
- 3Pour the cold coffee with amaretto into a bowl and quickly dip the ladyfingers in the liquid. Line the bottom of the dish with half the amount of ladyfingers, place a layer of half the mascarpone mixture on top, and cover again with a layer of ladyfingers. The last layer will be the cream. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours (ideally, 12 hours).
- 4Sprinkle with cocoa before serving.
Recommendation
- 1You will need a 17 × 20 cm dish. Tiramisu can also be prepared in glasses, as individual portions. We can put some of the cream in a piping bag with a nozzle and use it to decorate the dessert, as in the photo.
