Ingredients
- 1 trout, approximately 450 g
- 70 g of butter
- 2 sprigs of fresh thyme
- 1 sprig of fresh rosemary
- salt to taste
- freshly ground black pepper
- baking paper
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Cut the butter into thin slices.
- 2If necessary, trim the fish fins with kitchen shears. Wash the trout under cold running water and pat it dry thoroughly with paper towels. Season it with salt and pepper on all sides, including the inside.
- 3Insert the aromatic herbs and approximately 20 g of butter inside the fish. Place baking paper on a tray, put 20 g of butter on it, and then place the prepared fish on top. Put the remaining butter over the fish and place the tray in the preheated oven. Bake for 15 minutes. Serve immediately, pouring the melted butter in which it was baked over the fish.
