  • 1 kg Brussels sprouts
  • 1 cup finely grated Parmesan
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons grated lemon zest

    Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.

    In a bowl, mix the Parmesan, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Spread the cheese mixture in an even layer in the middle of a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Press the Brussels sprouts cut-side down into the cheese mixture.

    Bake in the preheated oven until the Brussels sprouts are tender and the cheese layer is golden and crispy, about 16-18 minutes. Let rest for 5 minutes, then gently detach the sprouts to serve. Sprinkle with lemon zest and serve hot.
