- 1 kg Brussels sprouts
- 1 cup finely grated Parmesan
- ¼ cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons grated lemon zest
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
- 2In a bowl, mix the Parmesan, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Spread the cheese mixture in an even layer in the middle of a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Press the Brussels sprouts cut-side down into the cheese mixture.
- 3Bake in the preheated oven until the Brussels sprouts are tender and the cheese layer is golden and crispy, about 16-18 minutes. Let rest for 5 minutes, then gently detach the sprouts to serve. Sprinkle with lemon zest and serve hot.
