Ingredients

  • 20 g of salmon
  • 1 g of wasabi
  • 1 g of soy sauce
  • 1 g of pickled ginger

Instructions

    Choose the salmon, then slice it thinly along the grain.

    Take a portion of rice in your right palm. Take a little wasabi paste with your index finger and rub it on the fish. Place the fish slice on top of the rice portion.

    Dip the salmon nigiri in soy sauce flavored with wasabi paste and add pickled ginger.
