Burger made from Angus beef of US origin. The meat used in the Angus beef burger is well marbled. The amount of intramuscular fat gives it an extra flavor, the burger remaining moist during cooking (especially at high temperatures) thus becoming tender and juicy.
Instructions for use
Cook the product before consuming it. Try not to crush or flatten it and turn the burgers only once.
Pan: 3-4 minutes on each side over medium heat (turn when the juices appear on the top of the burger).
Grill: 2-3 minutes on each side (turn when the juices appear on the top of the burger).
Oven: 20-25 minutes at 210 °C (no need to turn).
