ECO Lemons

Refreshing lemons.
Slight surface defects of citrus fruits are caused by weather and whipping of twigs during fruit growth. However, this has no effect on the taste and quality of the meat, as well as the slight deformation of the fruit, which is allowed for this variety. They have an intense yellow to orange color and a thinner skin.

Usage:

Lemons have endless uses in cooking recipes. Some vegetable, fruit or meat salads, sauces, legumes, ice cream and cocktails are not without lemon. The crust is added to desserts, Christmas cookies, cakes or creams. Lemon is also an integral part of meat dishes. Roasted or grilled meat is often served sprinkled with lemon or at least with a slice of lemon on top.

Tip: You can use lemons, for example, in a recipe for breaded chicken with lemon sauce, oysters with lemon, lemon pie with coriander, chocolate cake with lemon mousse, fried potatoes with lemon mayonnaise or breaded chicken with lemon sauce.
