French specialty with tradition, Edenia coquelet is a farm chicken, raised in the regions of France. It is renowned for its authentic taste of free-range chicken. Cooking method
Thaw in the refrigerator before preparing.
In a pan:
In a hot pan, place the Edenia Coquelet de France, previously thawed, portioned and seasoned, and leave it on the heat for 20 minutes or until the meat is cooked. Then follow the instructions in the chosen recipe.
In a pot:
In a pot of boiling water, add the Edenia Coquelet de France, previously thawed and portioned, and let it boil for 30 minutes or until the meat is cooked. Then continue with the soup or broth recipe you want to prepare.
In the oven:
Place the Edenia Coquelet de France, previously thawed, in an ovenproof dish. Sprinkle it with oil and season it according to the recipe. Place the dish in the oven preheated to 180 degrees, for 40-45 minutes or until the meat is cooked.
