Consumption recommendation
Vacuum-packed product: color and smell may be influenced by the packaging method. They return to normal after 15 minutes of opening the package. It is recommended to consume the product within 24 hours of opening the package. To be heat treated before consumption.

For pork roll with cheese and chorizo or pork wheels with chorizo, cook them in the oven at 180°C, covered with foil, for 30-40 minutes, then uncover them to obtain a golden crust. Let them rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing, for maximum juiciness.

The idea of this business was born from the desire to give life to a new, modern, premium concept of butcher shop and butcher shop through which to be different, starting from the appearance of the shops to new cuts of meat, ready to cook, ready to eat recipes, matured products but also traditional products such as mici/sausages/pastrami.
