Trout and Carp Roe Salad is a smooth cream of white-yellowish color with fine pieces of onion. It contains sunflower vegetable oil (RO) 50%, Trout roe (Oncorhyncus Mykiss) and Carp roe (Cyprinus carpio) 40% (in equal proportions), onion, lemon juice, breadcrumbs (product of dried and ground bread), salt, preservative (sodium benzoate). May contain traces of soy. Their consumption brings major health benefits to the body. They have a high content of vitamin A, but especially phosphorus. That is why they are recommended in nutrition for a healthy and balanced lifestyle. We recommend that they be consumed on bread or as such.
