About the producer
La Molisana pasta presents a selection of premium products, made with the best Semola flour, with a high protein content of 14.5%. The porous texture of the pasta allows for better absorption of the sauce. This texture is obtained by bronze drawing, a much more expensive method, but which differentiates us from other pasta.
La Molisana is above all a family business. With a history spanning over 100 years and four generations at work, the Ferro family is a dynasty of millers. The mill and durum wheat processing factory business has proven to be a long-term success, primarily due to perseverance and consistent quality.
