Morarita Filo Pastry

Morarita pastry sheets are just as good for traditional pies, with apples or pumpkin, which remind us of childhood, as well as for daring combinations such as spinach and ricotta or salmon and leek. With Morarita pastry sheets you can take advantage of the vegetables and fruits of any season and you can experiment with combinations, as you wish.

Preparation recommendations

Defrost the product perfectly at room temperature. Prepare the filling (sweet or salty cheese, apples, mushrooms, meat, nuts etc). Carefully unfold the sheets and remove the plastic film. Spread them on a smooth surface and cover them with a clean, damp towel to keep them moist until you fill them. Grease the sheets one by one with oil, margarine or butter and add the filling. Bake in the oven preheated to 180 gr C until the pie is golden brown.

Store at temperatures of -18 degrees Celsius
