Grane Aurii Filo Pastry

Rectangular, thin, starch-sprinkled, rolled, raw frozen filo pastry sheets. Make sure the product is well baked before consumption.

Serving recommendation

Unwrap; defrost the product for 50 minutes at room temperature; prepare the filling (sweet or salty cheese, apples, mushrooms, nuts, etc.)

- spread the sheets on a smooth surface and cover with a clean, damp towel to keep them moist until you fill them; grease the baking tray with oil, margarine or butter. Add the filling of your choice, preheat the oven to 180°C, place the tray in the oven and leave for 30-45 minutes at 180°C.

Storage conditions

Store at a maximum of -18°C in the original packaging. Do not refreeze after defrosting.
