Yes, the minimum order is 150 lei. With Xtra, you can place up to 4 orders a month below that amount – even with a single product.

We refund you in Sezamo credits (1 credit = 1 leu), which you can use on your next order. Within 72 hours of delivery, open the order details, tap “Product complaint” and briefly describe the problem or send us a photo. You don't need to return the product.

Yes, the courier brings your groceries right to your door. If you have SGR packaging, hand it to them in a sealed bag and you get the deposit back straight away, as credits.
