Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Grease a baking tray (approximately 22×28 cm) well with butter and dust it with a little flour.

Separate the eggs into yolks and whites. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. In a separate bowl, mix the egg yolks with granulated sugar and vanilla sugar until the mixture becomes light in color and creamy.

Gradually add the flour mixed with baking powder and pour in the milk, stirring until you get a homogeneous batter. Finally, gently fold in the egg white foam, using a spatula and circular motions from bottom to top.
