On a work surface, mix the cottage cheese, egg, and spelt flour. Knead with your hands until you get a homogeneous dough, then divide it into 4 equal parts. From each part, roll a long cylinder, cut it into smaller pieces, and shape them into elongated dumplings (šišky).
Bring a pot with 2 liters of water and a pinch of salt to a boil. When the water starts boiling, add the dumplings and reduce the heat so that the water no longer boils vigorously. Boil them for 2-3 minutes, depending on their size. When they rise to the surface, they are ready and can be removed. Pour melted butter over the hot dumplings and sprinkle them with ground poppy seeds and stevia.
Wash the plums, remove the pits, and blend them until you get a fine paste. Simmer the plum sauce for 10 minutes over low heat, then season it with stevia and cinnamon to taste. Serve the dumplings with the warm sauce.
