Boil the pasta in at least 3 liters of boiling water, with 20 g of salt per liter, drain it and set it aside.

Peel the shrimp, remove their heads, and cut them into 5 pieces.

Heat the oil in the center of the pan over medium heat and add the shrimp. Cook for 1 minute. Add the sliced shrimp and let them fry, stirring frequently, for 1 minute. Add salt and most of the pepper, then add 40 ml of the pasta cooking water. Stir. Remove the shrimp and set them aside.
