  • 240g oat flakes
  • Vegetable oil
  • Maple syrup to taste
  • Powdered sugar for garnish
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 6 eggs
  • 30 g soft butter
  • Cow's milk yogurt
  • Mint leaves for garnish

Preparation

    Mash the bananas with a fork. Sprinkle in the flakes, add the eggs and butter, and mix.

    Grease the pan with oil, pour the batter with a spoon, form pancakes with a diameter of 8-10 cm, and fry them over medium heat until golden on both sides.

    Serve with fresh fruit to taste and yogurt, drizzled with maple syrup and sprinkled with powdered sugar. Garnish with mint leaves.
