Ingredients
- 240g oat flakes
- Vegetable oil
- Maple syrup to taste
- Powdered sugar for garnish
- 3 ripe bananas
- 6 eggs
- 30 g soft butter
- Cow's milk yogurt
- Mint leaves for garnish
Preparation
- 1Mash the bananas with a fork. Sprinkle in the flakes, add the eggs and butter, and mix.
- 2Grease the pan with oil, pour the batter with a spoon, form pancakes with a diameter of 8-10 cm, and fry them over medium heat until golden on both sides.
- 3Serve with fresh fruit to taste and yogurt, drizzled with maple syrup and sprinkled with powdered sugar. Garnish with mint leaves.
