Ingredients
- 4 slices of bread or baguette
- 100 g pork ham
- 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons of ghee or butter
- a handful of arugula
- 2 boiled eggs
Instructions
- 1Lightly toast the bread slices in a toaster or a pan until crispy.
- 2Spread cream cheese (or butter) on the bottom slice, and Dijon mustard on the top one.
- 3Place the lettuce, ham slices, and boiled egg slices on the bottom slice.
- 4Sprinkle fresh herbs and cover with the top slice spread with mustard.
- 5Serve immediately, while the bread is still crispy.
