Usage:

Lemons have endless uses in cooking recipes. Some vegetable, fruit or meat salads, sauces, legumes, ice cream and cocktails are not without lemon. The peel is added to desserts, Christmas cookies, cakes or creams. Lemon is also an integral part of meat dishes. Roasted or grilled meat is often served sprinkled with lemon or at least with a slice of lemon on top.

The peel is not intended for consumption!

You can use lemons, for example, in a recipe for aromatic breaded chicken with lemon sauce, oysters with lemon, lemon pie with coriander, chocolate cake with lemon mousse, fried potatoes with lemon mayonnaise or aromatic breaded chicken with lemon sauce.
