American-style beef burger, US origin.
Raised on the central and western plains of the United States, the cattle feed on a mix of fresh grass. Over time, they also receive a balanced diet of cereals and corn to make the meat very juicy and tender.
Instructions for use
Cook the product before consuming it. Try not to crush or flatten them and turn the burgers only once.
Frying pan: 3-4 minutes on each side over medium heat (turn when the juices appear on the top of the burger).
Grill: 2-3 minutes on each side (turn when the juices appear on the top of the burger).
Oven: 20-25 minutes at 210 °C (no need to turn).

Being a butcher is a noble profession. And a challenging one when you want only the best meat from all over the world. The company has found a way. The products are quick-frozen at - 35 g Celsius in special freezers immediately after production. This way no artificial preservatives, colouring agents or other additives are added. In the freezer, the meat retains its quality and true taste until it is prepared.
