Storage and preservation conditions
Keep constantly at T< -22°C (minimum -18°C), 3 days from defrosting at +2°C to +4°C.
The product is defrosted before serving in the refrigerator, for 4-6 hours at + 2/+ 4°C.
Serve chilled.
Shelf life from the date of defrosting: 3 days at +2/+4°C.
