Unlike regular fermented sour cream, it has a perfectly balanced taste: not too sour and sweet enough. Tasty, very creamy and perfect for spreading on bread, it even has cream - a thicker top layer than the rest of the sour cream in the jar. Whether you use it with a portion of warm cabbage rolls, or place it elegantly next to cheese and polenta or incorporate it into the finest cream for cakes, it should be consumed in moderation!
