The Alce Nero I.G.P. Modena balsamic vinegar is made with grapes coming exclusively from selected vineyards.
The Alce Nero P.G.I balsamic vinegar from Modena is made from Italian grape must and the addition of wine vinegar to the organic concentrated grape must and the boiled organic grape must. The musts are obtained from grapes coming exclusively from selected vineyards. In the rating system defined by A.I.B. (Italian Balsamic Tasters), it obtained the classification "Two Leaves", with a silver label.
How to use
Characterized by a syrup texture, as well as a sweet and sour aroma, it is ideal for salad dressings, marinades and grills.

Store in a cool and dry place, away from heat sources.
About the producer
Alce Nero was born in the 1970s, when two groups of young farmers and beekeepers decided that it was time for a change, a change that would lead to changes worldwide and that would be more than a purpose in itself.
Thus began a story of responsibility and innovation, a story that did not remain singular, but acted as a bridge between several such stories, each with its own identity. Eventually, these stories came together in one voice.
This voice is today a very powerful one in the adventure of exploiting land organically and at the heart of its mission is respect for the consumer, products, food, healthy nutrition and, last but not least, love for nature.
