Alce Nero Whole Wheat and Lentil Penne are made from 100% Italian whole wheat and legumes mixed with spring water from the Dolomites.
A delicious alternative to traditional pasta, due to its high level of protein and low level of carbohydrates. It is a source of fiber because it contains whole wheat and a source of protein because it contains 40% red lentils, the oldest legume cultivated by mankind.
With their coppery color and delicate taste, whole wheat and lentil penne are excellent served with a variety of sauces and never overcook.
Storage conditions
Store at room temperature, in a dry place and away from direct sunlight.
Once the package is opened, put the rice in a closed glass jar.
About the producer
Alce Nero was born in the 1970s, when two groups of young farmers and beekeepers decided that it was time for a change, a change that would lead to changes worldwide and that would be more than a purpose in itself.
Thus began a story of responsibility and innovation, a story that did not remain singular, but acted as a bridge between several such stories, each with its own identity. Eventually, these stories came together in one voice.
