Rich in fibre, these crunchy sticks, baked in the oven, are a great snack to take to school or to the park or whenever hunger strikes you on the road.

What is a gluten-free diet? A gluten-free diet involves excluding foods that contain gluten protein, including wheat, rye and barley. Most studies on gluten-free diets have been done on people with celiac disease, but there is another condition called gluten sensitivity, which also requires a special diet.
