Bauckhof ECO Gluten-free Universal Flour Mix

Bauckhof Flour Mix Universal is gluten-free flour straight from the mill. We mix brown rice flour and whole millet flour with corn starch. When we mill and pack the universal flour, we make sure that the natural ingredients without gluten are preserved. Extensive analyses in the mill laboratory ensure organic quality and no gluten.

Eco Flour Mix Universal is like a type 550 flour for gluten-free cooking. Versatile in all recipes. On the packaging, you will find recipes for bread, rolls, yeast dough, pancakes, waffles, pasta, dumplings and quark oil dough. Sauces and soups can be thickened with flour.
