Bauckhof ECO Gluten-free Forest Fruit Porridge

In our mill we mix the ground flakes with whole flakes - for an optimal consistency of porridge, velvety and creamy.

In the Bauckhof oat mill, only gluten-free grains are ground and flaked, this way we have the guarantee that there is no contamination with cereals containing gluten. No added sugar. We use Demeter oats for this organic porridge with forest fruits, because it is produced in biodynamic cultivation.

Bauckhof has opted for biodynamic agriculture since 1932 and is one of the oldest Demeter farms in Germany. 

Instructions for use

For a portion of porridge - mix 4 tablespoons (50g) in 125 ml of hot water or milk, leave for 2 minutes then mix well and consume warm. It can be consumed as it is in milk, vegetable drinks or yogurt or with fresh seasonal fruits, sour cream, yogurt, nuts.

Storage conditions

Store in a dry place, away from sunlight.
