The organic cow's milk cheese is made entirely from organic milk and is matured for 45 days. This is the ideal time frame for it to become creamy, its aroma to be perfect, resulting in a superior quality product with an authentic "countryside" taste. During the maturing process, the cheese forms aroma compounds that give the product a truly exceptional taste.
About the producer
Covalact is one of the largest dairy producers in Romania with a tradition of over 40 years in the manufacture of dairy products.
Created in 2010, the Covalact de Tara brand has benefited from TV support and has been supported by distribution expansion projects. From a regionally distributed brand in 2007, Covalact de Tara has now become a national one, present both on the shelves of large stores and at small retailers.
