Miil Italian-style hard cheese. It is a semi-hard cheese, with a long and slow maturation. It is made from cow's milk, which comes from two daily milkings. The cheese is also suitable for vegetarian diets due to the use of vegetable rennet.
Fat content in dry matter min. 32 %. Dry matter content min. 65 %.
Usage
Grated cheese can be used on pasta, risotto, pizza, soups, salads and many more. It can also be added to a variety of dishes to give them a cheesy flavour.
