Consumption recommendation

Vacuum-packed product: color and smell may be influenced by the packaging method. They return to normal 15 minutes after opening the package. It is recommended to consume the product within 24 hours of opening the package. Heat treatment is required before consumption.
Scarita with garlic and greens is cooked slowly in the oven, at 160°C, for 2 hours for tenderness, then finished on the grill for a golden and aromatic crust.

The idea of this business was born from the desire to give life to a new, modern, premium concept of butcher's shop and butcher's shop through which to be different, starting from the appearance of the shops to new meat cuts, ready-to-cook recipes, ready-to-eat, matured products but also traditional products such as mici/sausages/pastrami.
