Consumption recommendation
Vacuum-packed product: color and smell can be influenced by the packaging method. They return to normal after 15 minutes of opening the package. It is recommended to consume the product within 24 hours of opening the package. To be heat treated before consumption.
Pork pastrami is cooked on the grill for a smoked crust, in a pan for quick juiciness or in the oven, covered, at 180°C, for tenderness and intense flavors.
About the Producer
The idea of this business was born from the desire to give life to a new, modern, premium concept of butcher shop and butcher shop through which to be different, starting from the appearance of the shops to new meat cuts, ready to cook recipes, ready to eat, matured products but also traditional products such as mici/sausages/pastrami. Our goal is to cover the needs of as many Horeca restaurants and their gourmets as possible.
