Product packed in vacuum: color and smell can be influenced by the packaging method. They return to normal after 15 minutes of opening the package. It is recommended to consume the product within 24 hours of opening the package. Heat treatment is required before consumption.
Consumption recommendation
The pork tenderloin wrapped in bacon with prunes and dried apricots is cooked in the oven, at 180°C, for 30-40 minutes, until it becomes tender, the bacon crispy, and the fruits caramelized.
