Rapunzel ECO Soya Beans
Organic soya originally comes from Asia, where it is particularly popular in tofu, tempeh and soya milk. But also as a vegetable or snack, the small beans taste very delicious. Rapunzel has been involved in the cultivation of pulses in Europe for many years. Because the cultivation of native protein plants such as lentils, beans or lupines contributes to a more diverse crop rotation and thus to the preservation of soil health. Legumes do not need any nitrogen fertilisers during cultivation and thus reduce the burden on the soil. At the same time, they promote soil fertility by enriching the atmospheric nitrogen in their roots. In addition, they serve as an important source of food for pollinators such as bees.
After harvesting, the soya beans are released from their pods, cleaned and packaged.

Preparation:
Soak the soya beans for 8-12 hours and then rinse with clear water. Cook 1 cup of beans with about 3 cups of water for about 45-60 minutes at low temperatures. Only salt after cooking.
Use:
For curries, stews and salads; for making soya milk, soya quark, soya cheese, soya paste, soya sauce, soya sprouts and tofu.
