La Molisana pasta presents a selection of premium products, made with the best Semola flour, with a high protein content of 14.5%. The porous texture of the pasta allows for better absorption of the sauce. This texture is obtained by bronze drawing, a much more expensive method, but which differentiates us from other pasta.
