Mango Passion by Air is a premium mango, larger than average in most cases, with a superb color, ripe as it should be (tree ripe) and brought quickly to Europe by plane. Probably among the best mangoes you can find in Europe. Fine, non-fibrous texture, sweet, aromatic, orange-colored pulp. A delight.

Mango trees are native to India. In the meantime, however, they are also planted and harvested in almost all tropical areas of the world, such as South and Central America, Southeast Asia or Africa, where they are considered the "queen of fruits". However, the main producer by far is India, with an annual production of almost 30,000,000 tons. Indonesia is in second place with almost 3,500,000 tons.

Mango is not only juicy and tastes good, no, its health value is definitely something to be proud of. It owes its good reputation to valuable nutrients, including vitamin C, fiber, polyphenols and provitamin A from carotenoids. Not only does it strengthen the immune system, but it also supports a healthy intestinal flora.

Use:
It is served raw. Otherwise they are often integrated into ice cream, fruit mousse, yogurt, musli or cake. Of course, they cannot be missing from any really good fruit salad.

Storage:
Mangoes should not be stored in the refrigerator, as it is a bit too cold for their tropical origin. Thus, prolonged cold can affect its taste, causing it to lose its aroma. Simply store at room temperature and refrigerate for a maximum of 1-2 hours before consumption to cool the fruit and enjoy it refreshingly.
