Nata Pura Portuguese pastry with chocolate - Pastel de NataTraditional Portuguese gourmet dessert, made from milk and real eggs, in the form of small tarts, with a light and crispy pastry sheet, filled with traditional egg and chocolate cream.
Clean label product. Pre-baked and frozen, ready to be prepared in the oven directly from the freezer.
Can be served with ice cream, coffee or anytime during the day.
Preparation recommendation
1. Preheat the oven to 230º, use the fan, if available;
2. Remove the product keeping the aluminum forms from the packaging and put them in the oven, without defrosting them. The more frozen they are when they start to bake - and the hotter the oven - the crispier they become;
3. Bake for 10-12 minutes. When the filling starts to rise, you will know they are ready;
4. Remove the forms from the oven. Be careful, because they are quite hot at this moment!
5. Let them cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
After baking, consume within 48 hours.

Aluat: faina de GRAU (GLUTEN), margarina [(uleiuri vegetale (SOIA, floarea-soarelui), grasimi vegetale (palmier, cocos), apa, sare, emulgator (mono si digliceride ale acizilor grasi E471, lecitina de floarea-soarelui E322), dextroza, regulator de aciditate (acid citric E330), colorant (caroteni E160aiii), aroma naturala], apa si sare.
Umplutura de ciocolata: Zahar, uleiuri vegetale (palmier, floarea-soarelui), pudra de cacao cu continut redus de grasime (9%), amidon modificat, amidon de porumb, emulgator (lecitina de SOIA E322), pasta de ALUNE si aroma naturala (vanilie).
