Extraordinarily tasty, seasoned from the inside with fresh parsley and a hint of lemon, these white sausages are a Bavarian specialty made from high quality pork prepared according to special recipes well kept secret by the producers.
Preparation method: first boil the water and let it cool down a little. Put the sausages in the prepared water (do not boil them together with the water). Leave them in the heated water for approx. 6-10 minutes. Remove the membrane and eat them originally with Bavarian mustard (Weisswurstsenf) and together with a Bavarian pretzel. A Bavarian beer, Weissbier, also goes well with it.
