Sunflower oil is known as a versatile oil, suitable for both cold and hot dishes.
Alnatura sunflower oil comes from organic farming and is obtained by first cold pressing. In order to preserve its valuable ingredients, it should only be heated gently when steaming.
The oil should not be used for frying. It can also fully develop its nutty aroma in salad dressings and cold dishes.
