       These products are the result of a combination of good environmental practices, a high level of biodiversity, protection of natural resources, application of high animal welfare standards and production methods that meet consumer requirements.

      The fish on the farm grow in clear water. In order to meet the BIO quality, the farm must meet the strictest criteria in all areas of farming, which is why the taste of BIO Scottish salmon is very delicate and unmistakable.

Method of production of raw material: aquaculture, Croatia. Packed in the Czech Republic.

Storage conditions

Store in the refrigerator at 0-4°C. Use immediately after opening the package. 

About the producer

Fjord Bohemia specializes in processing fresh fish and other seafood products. Another activity is the natural and traditional smoking of salmon on beech wood, without additional preservatives, including their distribution.
