Miil BIO Camembert is a fatty and creamy cheese, mature, covered with noble mold. It is a special dairy product, obtained from high quality organic milk, which comes from a region that offers absolutely ideal conditions for raising healthy cattle. In addition, the cheese is made using only classic ingredients, the added substances and technological procedures used being those permitted by applicable legislation. Do you know how to recognize this delicious cheese? The creamy consistency with a delicate mushroom flavor is its hallmark. And if you're wondering how to use it in the kitchen, know that it always tastes great - either on its own, with a glass of good wine, or on the grill, or in the oven, accompanied by croutons and fresh vegetable sticks. Consumption recommendation
Camembert is used as a table cheese and is enjoyed with a slice of bread, fruit, compote or walnut. It is also often used as an ingredient in cooking, pasta and mushroom dishes.
Storage conditions
Store in the refrigerator at +2 °C to +8 °C. Consume as soon as possible after opening.

About the producer
TAMI - Tatranská mliekareň a.s. is located below the highest mountains of Slovakia in the royal town of Kežmarok and supplies its products to customers in Slovakia, as well as to a large part of Europe. Our company is certified by the internationally recognized IFS certificate, which attests to the high level of food production safety.
The history of Tatranská mliekarna begins in 1979, when a dairy factory was opened in Kežmarok, as part of a large state-owned enterprise based in Košice. It became an independent company in 1991, was privatized a year later and transformed into a joint-stock company.
It should be emphasized that the tradition of cheese production, as well as the production of other dairy products in this region dates back to the 13th century.
TAMI specializes mainly in cheeses with white mold, blue-green mold, milk (fresh but also with a long shelf life), cream, butter, cottage cheese and cheese desserts, as well as quality BIO dairy products.
Our products have been awarded at many important events and have had a stable position on the market for a long time.
Thanks to our many years of experience and the great popularity of Camembert cheeses produced in our region, we have expanded the production of cheeses also in the west of the country, in cooperation with the affiliated company Syráreň Havran a.s. from Senica.
TAMI is friendly to nature and tries to use green energy. With the help of a biogas plant, it processes all biological waste from the Kežmarok production plant into electricity. The benefits of the project include, in particular, a reduction in production costs, a reduction in energy dependence, an increase in security of energy supply and a solution to the problem of waste management.
