It may seem easy, but producing at this level of quality requires day-to-day dedication in the Huober bakery.
As with the large pretzels, the dough is carefully kneaded and given time to rest, because this is the only way that the light, crispy texture and fantastic taste can develop naturally in the production process.
The skill of our bakers in preparing the dough and the sufficient time given to the baking time ensure the success of this product. In a 30-meter long oven, the Swabian pretzels get their bright, golden color and become really crispy.
Of course, HUOBER bakers use only organic flour from our local farmers - which is why our pretzels can claim to be truly Swabian!
