Miil Gouda grated

Miil Gouda, a full-fat natural cheese in a block. It is a semi-hard cheese, which is matured and is known for its full flavour. Approximately 10 litres of milk are used to produce 1 kg of this cheese, and the cheese is matured in the form of 100 kg blocks.

Miil Gouda is produced in the Czech Republic from milk, which is largely from Pošumaví. Packaged in a protective atmosphere.

Fat content in dry matter min. 47%. Dry matter content min. 55%.
Use

Gouda can be enjoyed on a cheese platter with a fresh baguette and fruit. But it can also be used in warm cuisine.

Gouda is mainly used in warm cuisine. You can sprinkle it on pasta, it is suitable for baking, perfect for sprinkling on homemade pizza.
