Miil Emmental Cheese Sliced

Miil Emmental, natural and full-fat sliced cheese. It is a semi-hard, matured cheese made from pasteurized milk.

The cheese is matured for you for up to 8 weeks at 3 different temperatures to achieve the typical Emmental taste, which is known for its delicately fruity and slightly nutty flavour. Up to 11 litres of cow's milk are used to produce 1 kg of this excellent cheese.

Emmental is produced in the Czech Republic from milk, which is largely from Pošumaví. Packaged in a protective atmosphere.

Use

Emmental is a versatile cheese that can be used in a variety of dishes. It is commonly used to top sandwiches or rolls, prepare cheese platters and appetizers.
