About the producer:
The green pastures, which cover the slopes of the Stara Planina with their lush grass, are not just a pleasure for the eyes. They are also the basis of agriculture and dairy production, which has been a tradition and a local livelihood for centuries.
The mountain meadows and high mountain pastures are maintained almost naturally and offer enough space, as well as the most suitable forage. They are home to a special variety of spicy herbs, fragrant meadow herbs and flowers that resonate with the fresh and authentic taste of our products. Organic farmers raise dairy sheep and goats with strong welfare and respect for the environment. In the large pastures, the animals move freely, which relieves them of stress and allows them to socialize, important for their safety. The "organic" animals feed on fresh grass. Every day they have free access to the lawn, except in winter, when they are fed with plants that are largely produced on the farm, without chemical fertilizers or pesticides.
