About the producer:
Golfera was founded in the early 1960s in the small and ancient village of Lavezzola in the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy (near Bologna). Lavezzola has always embodied a long-standing link between food and landscape and is renowned for traditional Italian cured meats. Golfera maintains complete control over their production chain. This starts with the well-being of the animals, their feeding and humane breeding and without the use of antibiotics after the third month of an animal's life.
