An idea from us: tuna salad with mayonnaise
What else do you prepare when you don’t feel like spending too much time in the kitchen? A light salad with tuna, ready in 20 minutes.
What do you need?
- 200 g tuna
- 3 boiled eggs
- 1 carrot
- 1 red onion
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- salt
How do you make it?
- Boil the eggs, thoroughly. Cut them into cubes, add them to a salad bowl.
- Cut the onion into cubes.
- Grate a carrot, add it to the salad.
- Add the tuna and mayonnaise. Mix.
- Sprinkle with a little lemon juice, add salt and mix all the ingredients in the salad bowl.
