Each jar of Dried Polyfloral Pollen is sealed with a label on the lid.
Dried bee pollen is considered a superfood because, according to some studies, it has a nutritional composition that surpasses almost any other food consumed.
Bee pollen contains over 250 biologically active substances, including proteins, carbohydrates, lipids, fatty acids, vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and antioxidants.
Regular consumption of bee pollen brings benefits to health and general well-being and has been traditionally used in anti-aging, anti-stress, and energy formulas.
Polyfloral pollen is a type of pollen obtained from the pollen of flowers of several species of plants that bloom around the same time of year. It is a fairly common but unique type of pollen, with different tastes and colors. Some people find it a much tastier option than monofloral varieties, as it contains pollen from several species of flowering plants, bringing together their aromatic characteristics in an authentic aromatic profile. More importantly, like polyfloral honey, this pollen is considered to be superior to monofloral types, primarily because it brings together varied properties and medicinal effects for what is believed to be a more potent therapeutic action.
Polyfloral bee pollen is wonderful for the natural relief of allergies and is responsible for many of the health benefits of raw honey. It is rich in vitamins, minerals, proteins, lipids and fatty acids, enzymes, carotenoids, and bioflavonoids – making it an antibacterial, antifungal, and antiviral agent that strengthens capillaries, reduces inflammation, stimulates the immune system, and naturally lowers cholesterol levels.
The color of the pollen varies from bright yellow to black. Pollen grains, depending on the plant species, differ in shape, color, size, and weight. The shapes of the grains are diverse: round, cylindrical, bell-shaped, triangular, or spiny.
Dried bee pollen is a food with approximately 25% carbohydrates, 20% protein, 4.5% fat, and the rest is composed of pigments, minerals, vitamins, and other substances.
Dried pollen, unlike raw pollen, should only be consumed after the granules are dissolved in water, in order to break up the granules and benefit from the nutrients inside.

Store in the original packaging, in a dry place, away from direct sunlight. Do not consume by people allergic to bee products or to any of the ingredients of the product; with fructose intolerance; by people with diabetes, pregnant women, and children under 3 years old.
