To prepare a tasty beef soup, follow this basic recipe:
Ingredients:
500-600g beef (preferably with bone for a richer taste)
2 carrots, cut into cubes or slices
1 small celery, cut into cubes or slices
1 large onion, finely chopped
2 potatoes, cut into cubes
1 bell pepper, cut into cubes
1 large tomato or a few cherry tomatoes, cut into cubes
2-3 cloves of garlic, minced
Fresh greens (parsley, lovage)
Salt and pepper to taste
1-2 bay leaves
Vinegar or lemon juice (optional)
Sour cream or yogurt for serving (optional)
Instructions:
Preparing the meat: Put the meat in a large pot and cover it with cold water. Add salt and let it boil. Once it boils, remove the foam from the top and reduce the heat to low. Let the meat boil covered for about an hour and a half until it is tender.
Adding the vegetables: Once the meat is almost cooked, add the carrots, celery, onion, potatoes, bell pepper and tomatoes. Boil them for 15-20 minutes or until the vegetables are almost cooked.
Seasoning: Add the garlic, bay leaves, salt and pepper to taste. You can also add other favorite spices or herbs depending on the desired taste.
Finishing and serving: Once all the ingredients are cooked, turn off the heat. Add the fresh greens (parsley, lovage) and cover the pot to let the flavors combine for another 5-10 minutes. Finally, you can add a dash of vinegar or lemon juice for a slightly sour taste.
Serving: Serve the soup warm and you can add a spoonful of sour cream or yogurt to each plate before serving for a creamy and savory taste.

Storage conditions
Refrigerated product Class A. Storage temperature: between 0°C and 4°C. Cook before consumption. Vacuum packed. Color and smell may be influenced by vacuum packaging. The product will regain its natural color and smell within 15 minutes of opening. Consume within 24 hours of opening the package.
