Making burgers is an art and there are several ways to do it. Here is a basic recipe to cook delicious burgers at home:
Ingredients:
Minced meat (usually beef is used)
Salt and pepper
Optional: spices (garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, thyme etc.)
Burger buns
Toppings (lettuce leaves, tomato slices, onion, pickle slices, cheese, bacon etc.)
Sauces (ketchup, mayonnaise, barbecue sauce, mustard etc.)
Instructions:
Shaping the burgers: Take equal portions of meat and form balls which you press to obtain the burgers. Make sure they have the desired thickness and that they are uniform so that they cook evenly.
Seasoning: Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of the burgers. If you wish, also add other spices to enhance your preferred taste.
Grilling or pan-frying: You can cook the burgers on the grill or in a hot pan. If you are using the grill, make sure it is hot and grease the grill with a little oil to prevent sticking. Cook the burgers for about 3-4 minutes on each side for a medium steak, but the time may vary depending on their thickness and how well you like the meat cooked.
Burger buns: While the burgers are cooking, you can heat the buns in the oven or on the grill to give them a more intense taste and a crispy texture.
Assembling the burgers: Once the burgers are cooked, place them on the buns and add your favourite toppings and sauces. You can compose them in any order you like and add cheese or other ingredients that melt directly on the meat to make them juicier.
The burger recipe is quite flexible, so you can play with various combinations of spices, toppings and sauces to create your own favourite taste!

Refrigerated product Class A. Storage temperature: between 0°C and 4°C. Cook before consumption. Vacuum packed. Colour and smell may be influenced by vacuum packaging. The product will regain its natural colour and smell within 15 minutes of opening. Consume within 24 hours of opening the packaging.
