Ingredients
- 800 g of shrimp
- 2 pcs of garlic
- 5 g of ginger
- 4 pcs of lime leaves
- 5 g of chili
- 60 ml of tamari sauce
- 60 ml of fish sauce
- 60 g of brown sugar
- 30 ml of sunflower oil
- 200 g of basmati rice
Instructions
- 1In a bowl, mix the tamari sauce, fish sauce, and brown sugar. Stir well until the sugar dissolves.
- 2Heat the oil in a wok or pan, add the chopped garlic, ginger, and chili, and let them become fragrant. Add the shrimp and pour in the prepared sauce, mixing well.
- 3Serve with basmati rice.
